Every waitlist in one place

Starter prompt

This is a waitlist app: launch pages, referrals, status pages, invites, and email. Set it up for me: 1. Ask me to open the app signed in and click "Claim this app". 2. Create two Webhooks on this app, one targeting the op joinWrite and one targeting pubWrite (create_webhook, or POST /api/v1/apps/{appId}/webhooks). Save both secrets; each is shown once. 3. Call the op configureRelay with joinUrl, joinKey, pubUrl, pubKey. It checks the key and returns connected: true. 4. Make the app Public (set_public) so anyone can join without an account. 5. Email: ask for my Resend API key and a sending address on a domain I verified in Resend. I add the key in App settings, Secrets, as RESEND_API_KEY. Then call saveSettings with fromEmail, fromName, replyTo, and baseUrl (this app's public URL). Send me a test with sendTestEmail. 6. Create an hourly Routine on the op tick (launch reminders and the email queue). 7. Ask what I am launching, then createWaitlist and updateWaitlist with my copy, look, form questions, rewards, and tasks. Give me the public link when done.

A waitlist your launch deserves: a page people want to share, a place in line for everyone, and invites when you are ready. Everything LaunchList charges for, in one app you own.

The page

  • Eight looks, from a bright Apple-style page to warm editorial paper, plus your own colors, typeface, corners, and layout
  • Feature highlights, a quote, an FAQ, a launch countdown, and an updates feed
  • Forms with up to three screens and follow-up questions that appear only for some answers
  • Seventeen languages for every button, label, status page, and email

Growth

  • A referral link for every signup, with a reward ladder and a leaderboard
  • Tasks that earn spots: follow on X, join the Discord, star the repo
  • A status page for every person showing their place in line
  • An embeddable form and a live signup counter for your own site

Running the list

  • Signups with sources, answers, tags, and statuses, plus CSV import (referral history included) and export
  • Invite the next people in line with personal codes, by hand or automatically at a referral count
  • Confirmation, welcome, moved-up, invite, launch-reminder, and update emails, with unsubscribe built in
  • Launch Day: a checklist and a Go live button that switches the page and invites everyone

Strangers join without a Charming account. The starter prompt walks your agent through connecting signups and email.
