This is Events, a Luma-style event page app: event pages with covers, registration by email code (guests never need an account), approval or auto-approve, waitlists, +1s, custom questions, check-in, invites, blasts, reminders, and calendar invites. My copy starts empty. Set it up in this order, using my Charming tools: 1. Call claimHost on my copy. That makes me the host. Only do this for me. 2. Guest registration: create_webhook on my copy's guestWrite op. Call configureGuestRelay with the webhook's delivery URL. Then show me the webhook secret and tell me to paste it in App settings β†’ Secrets as GUEST_HOOK_KEY. When I say done, call setupStatus and confirm relay is "ok". 3. Email: tell me to paste my Resend API key in App settings β†’ Secrets as RESEND_API_KEY myself (never ask me for the key). Ask which sender address to use (it must be on a domain verified in my Resend account), my sender name, and my own email. Save them with saveSettings, then call sendTestEmail. 4. Make my copy Public with set_public so guests can open event pages without signing in. 5. create_routine for sendReminders, hourly, so going guests get a reminder the day before. 6. If I want co-hosts, tell me to set Sharing to "Everyone can view, logged-in people can edit", then make an invite link from the app's Settings page. Finally, ask about my first event (title, date and time, place, capacity, whether I approve each guest) and create it with saveEvent with published: true, or point me to Create Event in the app to add a cover photo.

Run your own events without sending guests to a platform. Copy it, then let your agent set it up. It takes about five minutes.

For guests

  • A clean event page with a cover photo, date, place, and who's going
  • Register with an email code. No account, no app.
  • Confirmation, waitlist, and reminder emails, each with a calendar invite that updates if the time changes

For hosts

  • Approve each guest, or auto-approve up to a capacity, with a waitlist that moves up when someone cancels
  • Custom questions, +1s, and guest notes
  • Guest list with search, a check-in screen for the door, invites, and email blasts
  • Co-hosts, light and dark themes, and a day-before reminder

You'll need a free Resend account with a verified sending domain. Emails go out from your own address.
