This is Tech Week Live: a live map of SF Tech Week events with crowd updates, an I'm-going list, a feed, and a scannable contact card. This copy starts empty, so set it up in this order: 1. Call claimOwner while signed in as the person who copied it. Every load op below is owner-only. 2. Upload the two browser libraries with putLibPart in ~200 KB chunks (index 0 to parts-1, same parts value on every call): name "maplibre", version "5.6.0", from [email protected]/dist/maplibre-gl.js; and name "qrcode", version "1.4.4", from [email protected]/qrcode.js. Without maplibre the map shows a fallback note; without qrcode the contact card can't draw its QR. 3. Ask the user where to pull events from (the official Tech Week calendar, a Luma calendar, etc.), then call loadEvents({ events, asOf: Date.now() }). Each event: id ("evt-" + 6-40 letters/digits), name, start and end (ISO), neighborhood (an SF neighborhood such as SoMa, Mission District, Hayes Valley, Financial District; unknown ones get no map pin), venue, hosts[], about, url (RSVP link), access ("open" | "rsvp" | "approval" | "full"), perks[] ("food", "drinks", "merch", "raffle"), perkNotes, topics[] (ai, founders, investors, builders, parties, growth, design, hardware, health, wellness, crypto), and optional featured, official, free, priceUsd. 4. Optional: create a Routine that calls sweep every 15-30 minutes to expire old crowd reports. To refresh events automatically, call setIngestKey with a random 24+ character key and have a scheduled job post to ingestEvents with that key. Check with searchEvents({ day: "today" }), then tell the user to open the app and tap "make your card".

Tech Week Live puts every SF Tech Week event on one map and lets the people who are there say what it's actually like.

Find events. Browse on a 3D city map or a list. Filter by day, time of day, topic, free food, drinks, swag, or walk-in. Search hosts, venues, and neighborhoods.

See what's happening now. Anyone at an event can post a one-tap update: still going, packed, line outside, food is out, or ended. There's also a feed for longer notes.

Plan your week. Star events to build your week, spot schedule clashes, add events to Google Calendar, and mark yourself as going.

Swap contacts in one scan. Make a card with your first and last name, company, X, LinkedIn, email, and phone. Pick the event you're at, and the saved contact notes where you met. The QR can save your contact directly, open your LinkedIn or X, or open a link page where the other person picks.

Setting up your copy. A copy starts empty. Your agent claims ownership, uploads the map and QR libraries, and loads events from the calendar you choose. The starter prompt walks it through each step.
