Starter prompt
This is Forms, a Typeform-style form builder. I just copied it, so it starts empty with no owner. Get it working for me: 1. Ownership: call the claimOwner operation (it makes me, the signed-in caller, the owner). It only works while the copy has no owner. 2. Switch on responses (required): create a Webhook on this app's submitWrite operation. Save that Webhook's secret in this app's Secrets under the name FORMS_HOOK_KEY (App settings β Secrets, or the secrets API with my token). Then call configureRelay with the Webhook's delivery URL. Call setupStatus and confirm relay is "ok". Without this, people can open my forms but can't send answers. After this step my forms take anonymous responses. 3. Email codes (optional): this unlocks the "Verified email" option, where respondents confirm their email with a 6-digit code and every response shows who sent it. Without it, only anonymous forms are available. Ask whether I want it. If yes, walk me through a Resend account with a verified sending domain and an API key with sending access. I save the key myself in App settings β Secrets as RESEND_API_KEY; never ask me to paste it into chat. Then call saveSettings with the sender address on that domain (for example [email protected]) and sendTestEmail to my own address. setupStatus reports email "ready" once a test email has gone through. 4. My first form: ask what I want to collect, then call createForm (starter: blank, feedback, registration, or lead), adjust it with saveForm, and publish it with setStatus "live". Give me the form link, which is this app's URL followed by /to/ and the form's slug. The app's Setup page shows the same steps and live status if I'd rather click through them.
Build forms people actually enjoy filling in, one question at a time.
- 15 question types: text, email, phone, number, date, multiple choice, dropdown, yes/no, legal, star rating, opinion scale, NPS and statements, plus welcome and ending screens.
- Branching logic: send people down different paths based on their answers, and recall earlier answers in later questions.
- Themes: six presets, or your own fonts, colors, corners and alignment.
- Results: per-question charts, NPS, every response in a table, and CSV export.
- Anyone can respond with just the link, no account needed.
- Optional verified email: add a Resend API key and respondents confirm their address with a one-time code, so every response shows who sent it.
After copying, open the app's Setup page, or let the starter prompt walk your agent through it.
