A team wiki with a sidebar of nested pages (Team Home, Onboarding, Meeting notes, Roadmap) and the Team Home page open: a pink gradient cover, a house emoji, a welcome callout, and a Start here list.

A sample team wiki, ready to make your own

Starter prompt

Set up Docs, a simple team wiki, for me. 1. If you found this in the template listing, copy it to my account with copy_app. If the copy is unclaimed, claim it so I own it. 2. Read the app with get_app_source and list its operations. Pages are stored one per record with a parentId tree; blocks use the types p, h1, h2, h3, bullet, number, todo, toggle, quote, callout, divider, code, and image. 3. Ask me a few questions, one at a time: - What should the workspace be called? - Who is on the team, and what does each person own? - Which sections do I want? Suggest onboarding, meeting notes, and a roadmap. - Do I have existing notes to paste in? 4. Tailor it: rename the workspace with renameWorkspace. Rewrite or trash the sample Northwind pages with updatePage, updateBlocks, and deletePage, then add my pages with createPage. Keep pages short and scannable, use headings, to-dos, and callouts, and pick an emoji icon for each page. 5. Offer to share the app with my teammates through Charming sharing so we all edit the same wiki. Don't invent facts about my team. Ask instead.

One place for your team's onboarding docs, meeting notes, and roadmap.

Pages

  • Pages nest in a sidebar tree, each with an emoji icon and a cover
  • Cmd+K (Ctrl+K on Windows) searches every page title and block
  • Deleted pages go to the trash, where you can restore them

Editor

  • Blocks: text, three heading sizes, bulleted, numbered, and to-do lists, toggles, quotes, callouts, dividers, code, and images
  • Type / for the block menu, or use markdown shortcuts like # , - , 1. , and []
  • Pages save as you type and show who edited them last

Who it's for

Small teams that want a shared wiki without paying per seat.

What you need

Nothing to set up. Share the app with teammates through Charming and everyone edits the same wiki. It opens with a sample team wiki you can rewrite or delete, and the starter prompt has your agent tailor it to your team.
