A deal pipeline board with seven stages, from Appointment scheduled to Contract sent, showing deal cards with amounts, close dates, companies, and owners, plus totals for deal amount, weighted amount, open deals, and closed won.

Starter prompt

This is CRM, a simple sales CRM (contacts, companies, a deal pipeline board, activity timelines, and tasks). If I have not copied it yet, copy it for me first (copy_app) and work on my copy. If my copy shows a Claim button, have me click it so the app is mine. My copy shows a sample pipeline for a made-up sales team until the first change. Set it up for me: 1. Read the app with get_app_source and getState so you know the data model: members (the sales team and deal owners), companies, contacts, deals, tasks, and activities. Deal stages are appointment, qualified, presentation, decision, contract, won, lost. 2. Ask me a few questions, one at a time: - What do we sell, and roughly what is a typical deal worth? - Who is on the sales team? (names only) - Do the default deal stages fit how we sell? If not, edit the STAGES list in the module source. - Do I want to keep the sample data for a while to try things, or start clean? 3. If I want to start clean, call startFresh with confirm: true and my team as members. Otherwise add my teammates with upsert (kind: "member"). 4. Ask for my real pipeline: the companies, contacts, and open deals I am working right now (a pasted list or spreadsheet is fine). Add them with upsert, link deals to their company and contacts, set owners, amounts, stages, and close dates, and add a task for each next step I mention. 5. Tell me how to share the app with my teammates in Charming so they see the same pipeline. 6. If I use a form or booking page app, offer to create a Webhook on this app's addLead operation and wire the other app to post new leads to it ({ name, email, company, source, note }). Finish with the app link and a one-line summary of what you added.

A sales CRM for a small team: contacts, companies, and a deal pipeline you drag across stages. The parts of HubSpot Sales Hub a small team uses every day, in one app you own.

The pipeline

  • A board with seven stages, from Appointment scheduled to Closed won and Closed lost
  • Drag deals between stages; each column totals its amount and weighted amount
  • Filter by deal owner, search, or switch to a table view

Every record in one place

  • Open a deal, contact, or company to see properties on the left, the activity timeline in the middle, and associated records on the right
  • Log notes, calls, meetings, and emails with outcomes
  • Tasks with due dates and owners, with Due today and Overdue views

For your team

  • Share the app with teammates through Charming and everyone works from the same pipeline
  • Every deal, contact, and company has an owner

Connect your other apps

The addLead operation takes a name, email, company, source, and note, then creates or updates the contact and logs where the lead came from. Point a Webhook at it so a form or booking page app sends new leads straight into the CRM.

What you need

Nothing to set up. It opens with a sample pipeline; the starter prompt has your agent swap in your team and deals. No email sync or sequences.
