Office Potluck stops the classic potluck failure: twelve bags of chips and no main course.
How it works
The organizer sets the date, place, expected headcount, and how many dishes each category needs. Everyone else picks a category, names their dish, says how many it serves, and tags it as vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-containing, or spicy.
What people see
- Still needed: the categories with open spots, so the next person knows what to bring.
- Open place cards: every unfilled spot in a category, each with a one-tap "I'll bring one".
- The pot: total servings against headcount. It fills as people sign up and turns green when there's enough food.
- Dietary at a glance: how many dishes suit each diet, so nobody shows up to find nothing they can eat.
- Duplicate warning: a heads-up when a dish looks like one someone already signed up for.
Anyone can edit or remove a signup, and a removal can be undone for a few seconds. The page updates live as coworkers sign up.
Make it yours
Change the categories, the dietary tags, or the targets for a team lunch, a holiday party, or a picnic. The copy starts empty: no names or dishes come with it.
