The week's dinners, one card per night.

Starter prompt

This is HelloFridge, a weekly meal planner that reads recipes from Recipe Tin (https://charm.ing/lachieh/recipe-tin). It needs a copy of Recipe Tin in the same account. If getWeek reports recipeTin.connected as false, tell me to copy Recipe Tin too before planning. First, run setup with me: ask who's eating, which meals I plan, how many nights a week, my region and hemisphere, my units, and the pantry staples I keep. Then call completeSetup. Then offer to plan this week: - Call listRecipeOptions and choose recipes that suit the season where I live. - Reuse fresh ingredients across nights without repeating a dish. - Call planMeal for each night at my household size. - Call getWasteCheck and swap recipes to cut fresh items that only one dinner uses. Finish with a short summary of the week, and offer the ingredient list from getShoppingList, grouped by aisle, ready to order.

HelloFridge is a weekly dinner plan you and your agent build together. It reads recipes from Recipe Tin, so plan the week here and cook from the recipe card in Recipe Tin.

Plan the week

Each night gets a card with the recipe, time, difficulty and servings. Change the servings for one night, move a dinner to another day, mark it cooked or skipped. Marking a dinner cooked also logs it in Recipe Tin.

One ingredient list

Ingredients from every planned dinner are added up, scaled to each night's servings, and grouped by aisle. Each item shows which nights use it. Tick off what you already have, add extras, and copy the list as text for an online order. Pantry staples sit in their own section, so you check you still have them instead of buying them every week.

Waste less

The waste check lists the fresh ingredients only one dinner uses, the ones most likely to wilt in the fridge, and the ones shared across nights. Your agent reads it after planning and swaps recipes so more of the week shares the same fresh produce.

Set up once

The first time you open it, HelloFridge asks who's eating, which meals you plan, how many nights a week, your region and hemisphere for seasonal produce, your units, and your pantry staples.

You need Recipe Tin

Copy Recipe Tin into the same account first. HelloFridge reads its recipes, and shows a notice if it can't find them.
