User-gated (`chrm_user_*` or session); the caller must be an owner or admin of the team. Turning a service off refuses every call to it from the team’s Apps with `connector_blocked_by_team` and keeps each approval, so turning it back on restores them.

`PATCH /api/v1/teams/{teamId}/connectors/{service}`

**Request body** (`application/json`, required)

- `allowed` (boolean, required)

- `200` — The team’s connectors after the change.
- `400` — Invalid body.
- `401` — Sign-in required.
- `403` — The caller is not an owner or admin of this team.
- `404` — The connector catalog does not list this service.
