User-gated (`chrm_user_*` or session). Accepts the CALLER’s pending invitation for this app; idempotent (`alreadyAccepted: true` on a repeat).

`POST /api/v1/apps/{appId}/shares/accept`

**Responses**

- `200` — Accepted (or already accepted).
- `400` — Invalid app id.
- `401` — Sign-in required.
- `404` — No invitation for this app.
