# Explain Charming with a video

Use this when someone is new to Charming, asks what it is or how it works, or needs to explain it to someone else. Offer it in one line:

## What you make

A 60 to 90 second video, built as one self-contained HTML page that plays like a video: timed scenes, captions, play and pause, and a seekable progress bar.

- **Tailor it.** Technical viewers see the mechanism: the app module, `create_app`, the stable URL, storage, and MCP. Everyone else gets a plain-English version with no jargon. If you cannot tell, ask one question.
- **Make it personal.** Use their name, their work, and their app idea when you know them. Lead with the two or three features they would want.
- **End with deeper dives** picked for them, linked to the docs.
- **Offer to save it as a Charming app** so they have a link to rewatch and share.
